The turn
Google could see them fine. They were on page one, and Google's own AI was quoting them. What they actually had was a warehouse full of stock and three months to clear it.
So we didn't build them a better website. We built the thing that sold the stock: staff photograph an item, and a few seconds later there's a listing ready to post.
That's most of what we do. Work out what the problem really is, then build for that.

Drafts learning plans for students with disability. No name, address or diagnosis ever reaches the model, and every sentence has to point to the report it came from. Live in an Australian school.

A construction compliance engine.
Reads a 163-sheet drawing pack and shows the Design Manager each problem with the quote and the page. Recall on printed values went from 51% to 87% while the cost per pack fell from $12.83 to $1.37.
Assessor.
Marks a class set against the teacher's rubric and hands back a spreadsheet they own. When it can't mark something, it leaves the cell amber and says "you mark it."

We were sizing a local AI box. The real problem was one rule missing from a prompt. Fixing it took recall from 17% to 83% in ten minutes, for nothing.
